(2) Retun Policy
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us or cancel a purchase. We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us by following the below procedure
- We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product.
- The returned product is unused, in its original condition including any shipping boxes where applicable, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- You must inform us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods in order to book a return, including any order number(s) where applicable.
- You will be entitled to a refund for the full price of any product properly returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
(3) Damaged and Faulty Item Returns
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods including your order number and attach images of the damage or fault.
If we are unable to replace damaged or faulty items, we shall issue a full refund. Please note in order for this to happen, the item must be returned back to us.
(4) Pre-Order Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel any pre-order with us at any time. Send us notification in writing by email to email@example.com. Please note a cancellation fee of £2.00 will apply to all pre-order cancellations, and where applicable any deposits paid will be non-refundable.
(5) Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not refund or exchange the product;
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and also administrative costs.
